Exchanges/Refunds

We are unable to exchange items unless they are damaged or defective. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, that are in unusable condition, or are incomplete, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as you originally used for purchase within 10 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
